The patient compares her symptoms to the suction effect of a rubber ball, similar to a cupping glass, in which a vacuum is created. "It draws your skin into its center by first sucking out all of the air, making it empty and applying pressure to your skin. It’s not so huge pressure, but I feel very massive pulling in my tummy."
Tell about your problems?
I constantly belch, like hoieya, hoieya, hoieya, and I have a lot of gas. It happens abruptly and for no apparent reason; I have no idea why. This is my biggest issue; if I knew why, I would take precautions and avoid eating it, but nothing is to blame for the gas.
Hmm, talk more about what exactly happening when you have this problem?
I feel my tummy is too much tight (HG) as if it’s become like balloon. There is a lot of gas in my tummy, so it’s not able to take more gas, so I do hoieya-hoieya and try to expel gas from my mouth.
Tight means, what exactly you feel in your tummy? (She explains tight with hand gesture, so I try to enter in the case from this door.)
Tight indicates that something is pulling at my stomach (HG: Pulling movement by one palm). It resembles a blow (HG) from an object. A powerful strike from a large object that pulls (HG) my entire stomach as it blows. I had no control over it because everything happened automatically. It is enormous. This occurs seldomly, but it takes over my entire being. (So, tight turns out as huge and automatic pulling, let’s see how pulling explores further.)
How does it take over your entire being?
I feel completely helpless, with nothing to do but endure this severe blow and tightness. I feel increased tightness, and it pulls (HG) my stomach more, no matter how hard I try to resist. I have to give myself over to it and accept whatever it wants to do, complete it and then let it pass away.
Ok, forget your tummy, and yourself, right? We are not talking about you, just describe me this pulling. (I do same HG) in general? (I try to dissociate her from local issues and try to generalize her.)
Pulling is very huge energy, so it pulls anything towards them (HG). I'll give you an example. My son has a toy that resembles a half-cut rubber ball that is tied to a stick. When you attach it to your body, the rubber sucks your skin inside, causing you to feel tight there. Your skin is drawn to the rubber ball (HG). It draws your skin into its center by first sucking out all the air, making it empty and applying pressure to your skin. It’s not so huge pressure, but I feel very massive pulling in my tummy. (She uses a single, beautiful example to describe everything, which makes it easier for us to understand numerous facets of "pulling." She also says right away that pulling is a strong energy, so we can think about Imponderabilia, but since we're just started, so we don't need to make any conclusion very fast.)
Ok, I understand, just describe what you feel exactly when this ball is attached to your skin?
In addition to feeling like something is sucking my skin in its direction, I also feel a little pressure. I'm drawn to it by something. Since there is no air within the ball, it causes negative pressure, which pulls anything attached to it. If you carefully try to open any of its surfaces, air will enter and the ball will immediately separate from your skin. (Thus, up until now, we have used terms like "tightness," "pulling," "energy," "negative pressure," "sucked towards it," "empty from the inside," and "no air inside.")
Ok, I understand your issues of tummy, so let us talk about something different. Tell me about yourself in general?
I'm a pretty straightforward woman that enjoys things on time. Things that suddenly come to me don't appeal to me. For example, it is bad for me if someone calls or informs me they are coming to my house. When something unexpected happens, I get anxious and restless. Everything I do at that time is not flawless, and when I'm rushing, I make a lot of mistakes. When I'm rushing to finish a task, I can't do anything and end up dropping stuff or hitting my head or hands on something.
What do you feel when you have to complete any work hurriedly?
I make a lot of mistakes and experience a lot of restlessness and anxiety because I attempt to do a lot of work at one time. My body wasn't functioning correctly at the time, and my heart was racing really quickly. I mean, my body can't keep up with how quickly my mind is working, which causes me to lose my equilibrium and feel a little weak. If this circumstance persists for an extended length of time, I experience a profound sense of emptiness in my body, as if anybody sucked (HG) my whole energy and nothing is left in me. I usually feel exhausted after finishing my task. (Once more, emptiness and sucking up appeared, so we keep these two concerns in mind while attempting to obtain a deeper understanding of the case.)
How does 'energy-less' feel?
I feel so helpless. I feel completely empty and as though I have nothing inside of me. Some enormous force sucks all the energy (HG). (It's clearer now. "Sucked by huge force and become empty from inside" like the ball and stick example she provided.)
Forget yourself, forget your body, and just describe that huge force?
It’s negative energy. It has a lot of power and energy, so it can suck anything, but it's not any matter. It can exert tremendous pressure to draw you in its direction. Nothing in this world has as much strength; its energy is boundless. It can put a lot of pressure on you, leaving you with little choice but to suck (HG). For me, the situation is quite frightening. (It can suck anything since it is energy rather than matter. It can exert tremendous pressure to draw you in its direction. These phrases aid point to the imponderable kingdom.)
Ok, forget it. What is the scariest thing for you?
I had a really high-grade fever when I was ten years old, and I only had one imagination. I don't know what it was, but there was an enormous, never-ending energy that drew me in. It was in an extremely dark and airless sky. I felt like I might die in a few moments, which is the scariest circumstance I've ever been in. (So again it's energy, and it pulls and sucks in a dark and airless sky).
What did you feel when you had this experience?
I was in the most terrifying predicament of my life. Everything took place in the dark, and my entire body was drawn toward an unending, powerful force or energy. It simply dragged me because of its immense force, but I never made it all the way to the conclusion. I am unable to see anything due to the darkness, but I am drawn to it by its immense force. It's completely empty or void, and I feel completely empty on the inside. It's frightening, which makes my thoughts completely empty. It's really frightening and crazy for me because I'm completely still—I'm just there, but there's no movement in me—just a nothingness!
It had no air?
Yes, doctor. It had no air at all, totally empty and sucked or pulling force in the sky and very much darkness.
Empty means what?
It was empty because there was no air in it. As I gave you the example of a ball, it's similar to vacuums. It is empty on the inside, but it has the energy to draw and suck you. I mean in its inside there is nothing, it is totally blank and dark.
How big was it? (I ask this question because I have to make DD with black hole.)
It's not very large, yet it has a limitless amount of energy to pull and suck you. You are still alive, not dead, even though you pulled and sucked toward it. I find it frightening since it's so close to death. It is, in my opinion, pure energy; it is not a material created by humans.
It’s energy?
Indeed, it is energy similar to a vacuum. Because it has nothing inside, it can pull or suck everything, creating negative pressure that draws everything in its direction.
It is like vacuum?
Yes, doctor, indeed. It is a vacuum because it is completely empty on the inside, which allows it to create negative pressure on other objects and suck everything with it. It is an enormous, limitless energy. I have the same tightness and vacuum-like feeling in my stomach. (She smiles!!) (I inquire about her dreams and generalities but nothing is so specific to mention here.)
