1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all contracts concluded between Homeopathic Spectrum ("Provider") and users ("Customer") via the website www.homeopathicspectrum.com.

The Provider addresses both consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law and business customers. Any deviating conditions of the Customer shall not be recognised unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Subject Matter

The subject matter of the contract is access to digital specialist content and articles on the Homeopathic Spectrum platform within the framework of an annual subscription. The exact scope of services is set out in the current service description on the website.

The Provider reserves the right to continuously develop and update the content of the platform.

3. Registration and User Account

Taking out a subscription requires registration on the website. The Customer undertakes to provide truthful information during registration and to keep it up to date.

The Customer is obliged to keep their password confidential and to inform the Provider immediately if there are any indications of misuse of their account.

A user account is non-transferable.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of offers on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing the order process, the Customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.

The contract is concluded upon receipt of the Provider's confirmation email or upon activation of access.

5. Term and Termination

The subscription is concluded for a term of 12 months and renews automatically for a further 12 months unless terminated in due time.

The notice period for termination is 30 days before the end of the respective subscription period. Termination may be declared by email to info@homeopathicspectrum.com or via the cancellation button in the user account.

The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.

6. Prices and Payment

The current prices for the annual subscription are available on the website. All prices include applicable statutory VAT where applicable.

Payment is made in advance for the respective subscription period. Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

In the event of default in payment, the Provider is entitled to temporarily suspend access to the platform.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Homeopathic Spectrum, Gartenstr. 31A, 82547 Eurasburg, Germany, Email: info@homeopathicspectrum.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email). You may use the withdrawal button in your user account for this purpose.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Expiry of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content if the Provider has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly consented to the Provider beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their awareness that their right of withdrawal will be lost upon commencement of performance.

8. Withdrawal Function (from 19 June 2026)

In accordance with § 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB), the Provider makes an electronic withdrawal function available in the user account. Through this function, consumers can declare their withdrawal directly online. Receipt of the withdrawal will be confirmed by email without delay.

The withdrawal function is accessible in the logged-in area under "My Account" and is available throughout the entire withdrawal period.

9. Rights of Use

The Provider grants the Customer a simple, non-transferable right to use the provided content for personal and/or professional purposes for the duration of the subscription.

Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the content beyond the agreed purpose is not permitted without the express written consent of the Provider.

10. Liability

The content provided on the platform is for professional information purposes only. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content provided.

The Provider's liability for damages not caused by intent or gross negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

11. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Provider's privacy policy, which is available on the website.

12. Miscellaneous

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence.

Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
